Repair or Replace Damaged Wiring Harness/Connectors: If the intermittent fault is traced to damaged, corroded, or chafed wiring in the external or internal transmission harness, or if the connector terminals are spread or corroded, the affected section of the harness or the entire harness may need to be repaired or replaced.
Clean Corroded Electrical Connectors: Thoroughly clean any corrosion found on the TFT sensor connector, the main transmission harness connectors, or the PCM/TCM connectors using electrical contact cleaner and a suitable brush. Apply dielectric grease to prevent future corrosion.
